Best florida run yet. I ran much further than last time but in the same amount of time.
I got a wicked bad cramp too cuz I guess my coffee wasn’t as digested as I thought… but I was running and thinking.. cramp? WHAT FUCKING CRAMP. I’M TOO BAD TO FEEL NO CRAMPS. RAAAWWWRRRR.
And yah. Came back uber sweaty, and it feels good bitches. THIS FEELING. THIS. THIS IS THE SHIT I LIVE FOR. FUCK YEAH.

I think my abs are getting more defined… but I’m not losing any weight… blah.
I have yoga today. W the instructor I am crushing so hard on.
I am determined to seduce him this time. I can’t take his lack of attention reciprocation :(
Oh and also, my bff is getting me to do this “hot yoga” thing with her… which is like regular yoga.. except in sauna like heat + conditions… supposed to be really good for you.. and make you more flexible… so I’m curious to see how that goes.
