Chicken noodle soup from which Ive been picking out the noodles to try to make it more #paleo. Im feeling much better than yesterday at least. Either my wolverine genes have kicked in, or ive identified the formula for beating the flu quick. (3 Grapefruit a day, lots of ginger mint tea, emergen-C, and err.. ya black market russian antiobiotics cant hurt.)

so here’s the story: same bikini, side-by-side, 5 weeks and 13 weeks. The difference is between those two shots I actually started working out LESS, and cheating MORE. (Though the majority of my meals are always paleo, I just have a weakness for ice cream and alcoholic beverages.) Maybe that’s why the progress plateaued. But I wanted to conduct an experiment to see how much benefit/change was due to diet alone. So there it is. A small before and after slice.

Oi, so here’s the story. I didn’t pack anything. I only brought 2 dresses, 3 bikinis, some underwear, a pair of flip flops, and a pair of runners. That’s it. Cause my only mission in coming here was to lose 15 lbs. (Miami is my fat camp. I always leave thinner.) And to return to #paleo which I have been neglecting. Except my #body chose not to co-operate and get latently bloated from previous gluten consumption. Damn you #gluten. #me #bikini #beach
