so here’s the story: same bikini, side-by-side, 5 weeks and 13 weeks. The difference is between those two shots I actually started working out LESS, and cheating MORE. (Though the majority of my meals are always paleo, I just have a weakness for ice cream and alcoholic beverages.) Maybe that’s why the progress plateaued. But I wanted to conduct an experiment to see how much benefit/change was due to diet alone. So there it is. A small before and after slice.
My #freezer. Vegans can make fun of me all they want and call me a #bloodmouth, but the reality is “vegetarian” is a deceptive title. They aren’t vegetarians to me. I call them carbovores. Cause that’s what most of them are.
As #paleo, i eat more #vegetables than at least 95% of these carbovores. Mostly, vegan is a label for “i want to eat as much junk food and processed food as possible, and i supplement my diet with few vegetables.”
The paleo bloodmouths consume more vegetables than vegetarians. Explain this ironic little caveat.
Basically, the moral of my story is veggies are important. You can’t be ignoring them. No one should be ignoring them.

Late dinner I’m making meself now.. still in my sports bra from my run.
My run went pretty well… and I came back famished.. couldn’t decide what to eat.. and then found a beef sirloin steak in the fridge…
And I’m like aww yeeee, I’ma make meself some meat! Mmm protein :3
Oh and broccoli and greenbeans too, of course. Can’t forget about my greens and fiber!

Diet/food update… what I’m eating right this moment…
Tonight it’s medium-rare cooked steak that I then cut up, and drizzled with chipotle aoili. And a cucumber. Lol, fascinating, i know.
dinner… 12 ounce lobster tail… and several oysters. (no i didnt eat the bread that came on the side. ick)
p.s. my mom leaves in a day or 2, and as soon as she does I can finally get this blog back to being about my body… and my progress… it’s just that with this woman constantly stuffing food down my throat, and filling my schedule up so I dont even have time to dedicate to my workouts, forget progress, my only hopes now are just to minimize the damage done.
Wut I just ate, thanks to bro down thurrr.
Didn’t have pasta, made spaghetti instead…
Sauteed broccoli with some green beans.. and made some tomato sauce last minute and shredded up some mozzarella cheese in there too…. and tossed it all together.
Et voila! I’m all full and happy and warm feeling, yay ^_^

Almost everyone knows that oranges are a good source of vitamin C. However, peaches are also high in vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps fight cancer by improving the immune system and preventing cellular change.
Best of all, peaches taste good and give you a lift when the afternoon dulls hit you. They won’t make you crave more sugar but perk you up without adding extra calories.
All in all, the perfect afternoon snack or evening dessert. =D
